Booking & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your time with us, allowing us to thoughtfully prepare for your visit.

We understand that plans may change. Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a one-time reschedule or a deposit refund. Please note that all deposit refunds are processed manually and must be requested by calling the store directly. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment cannot be accommodated.

Missed appointments or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    Redemption
    •    Gift cards are redeemable only at Urban Oasis for products and services available at our location or any future locations under the Urban Oasis brand.
    •    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers.
    2.    Balance and Value
    •    Gift cards hold a prepaid value that can be applied to any purchase at Urban Oasis.
    •    Any unused balance will remain on the card for future use, with no fees applied to the remaining balance.
    3.    Expiration and Fees
    •   Urban Oasis gift cards do not expire and do not incur any service or inactivity fees.
    4.    Refunds and Non-Transferable
    •    Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
    •    They are not transferable and cannot be resold or used for payment outside of Urban Oasis.
    5.    Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
    •    Urban Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
    •    Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so please treat them as cash.
    6.    Limitations
    •    Gift cards may not be used to cover tips or gratuities.
    •    Promotional offers or discounts may not apply to purchases made with a gift card.
    7.    Changes to Terms
    •    Urban Oasis reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
    •    By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.
