Spa Reservation Policy：

1. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
2. Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours beforehand. Please note that each appointment can be rescheduled only once. A second request to change will be treated as a cancellation, and your deposit will not be refunded.

1. Redemption
• Gift cards are redeemable only at Urban Oasis for products and services available at our location or any future locations under the Urban Oasis brand.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers.
2. Balance and Value
• Gift cards hold a prepaid value that can be applied to any purchase at Urban Oasis.
• Any unused balance will remain on the card for future use, with no fees applied to the remaining balance.
3. Expiration and Fees
• Urban Oasis gift cards do not expire and do not incur any service or inactivity fees.
4. Refunds and Non-Transferable
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
• They are not transferable and cannot be resold or used for payment outside of Urban Oasis.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
• Urban Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so please treat them as cash.
6. Limitations
• Gift cards may not be used to cover tips or gratuities.
• Promotional offers or discounts may not apply to purchases made with a gift card.
7. Changes to Terms
• Urban Oasis reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.
